   Ladies and Gentlemen. Let's get ready to Ruuuuuuuuumble! Wednesday, CNN put on a 3 hour Trump-centric WWE event designed to cause maximum infighting among the candidates - in the guise of a GOP debate. One wonders why they even pretended it was a debate when 44% of the questions centered around Trump. Of course every supporter and campaign declared their guy the winner, but there was no doubt that Carly Fiorina took home first prize. While the main attraction gave his usual bluster with little substance performance, occasionally one of the candidates broke through the food fight format and addressed real issues like the Iran deal.
   To be sure, Trump has provided a hugely valuable service by
throwing political correctness out the window to identify real problems, and giving voice to voters who feel betrayed by both political parties. But it still worries me that Trump is running on personality rather than substance and Americans increasingly seem to be unable to tell the difference between "reality TV" and reality itself. Doesn't it creep you out a little bit when he holds a rally in Dallas where women are weeping? Whether you support Trump or not, you have to admit there's a certain level of Cult of Personality at work here. I support Ted Cruz because he has consistently fought for Conservative principles, but there are many things about Trump I admire.    In other news, the Left is all a-twitter (see what I did there?) following a misunderstanding in which a Muslim H.S. student was briefly arrested for bringing a homemade clock to school. Of course it's the very same self-satisfied Liberals who want to send your toddler to Gitmo for playing with a cap gun that are so theatrically appalled at what happened. In their warped world, it makes sense to suspend a 7 year old for biting a pop tart into the shape of a gun, but taking precautions when a H.S. kid comes to school with a device that looks remarkably like a suitcase bomb a couple of days before 9/11, can only mean racism. In spite of the fact that the kid's family has a history of sensationally charging IslamoFAUXbia, Barack Hussein elevated the phony narrative declaring it "a teachable moment" and inviting the kid to the White House.
   Speaking of crazy Lefties,
with Hillary's poll numbers dropping faster than Bill's shorts at Club Med, and new scandals involving the Clinton Foundation and her campaign violating election law spreading like a rash on Bill's Johnson, Hillary released a new campaign ad declaring her support for survivors of sexual assault. Yes, the woman who for decades handled Bill's "bimbo eruptions" by destroying the lives of his accusers is now claiming to be sympathetic to victims of sexual assault. Unless they happen to be sex slaves in Middle Eastern countries which have contributed to the Clinton Foundation.
